Services

  • Provides prompt, thorough, and neutral investigations into workplace and school-based misconduct allegations. Jacqueline has conducted numerous investigations on a variety of cases and approaches each case and witness with fresh eyes.

  • Serves as a fair and impartial hearing officer and/or decision maker. Jacqueline’s experience as an attorney and a Title IX coordinator equips her to execute this role appropriately.

  • Drafts or updates misconduct policies compliant with applicable law. Jacqueline has drafted legally compliant and effective policies, at institutions with varying needs and interests.

  • Provides mediation services, facilitated conversations, and other informal resolution services as appropriate. Jacqueline is a certified mediator, and has mediated in small claims court.

  • Provides training on misconduct policies and procedures and related topics. Jacqueline has provided countless training sessions on a variety of topics including misconduct investigation, prevention, policies, and procedures.

  • Provides consultation on all aspects of Title IX compliance. Jacqueline has extensive experience, having served as a Title IX coordinator at different institutions.
